​Carolina is a Senior Community Manager responsible for building communities and learning experiences. With over 5 years of community management experience, she has worked on everything from volunteer projects to multinational corporations. Today, her work involves strategic planning and coordinating tactical elements of Community-Led-Growth projects. This includes, but does not limit to: coordinate cross-functional teams, manage  timelines and tasks for project delivery, stakeholder alignment, and results analysis. One of her greatest strengths is being customer-centric, therefore user research, discovery processes, and co-creation are part of her routine as a community professional.
